A Crystal Stair, INC is committed to developing Christian based programs that will encourage, motivate, and develop a greater level of self-esteem in each participant.

  2. 2.To continually understand the dynamic needs of our community and identify employment barriers which is essential in preparing the client for a positive transition to the workplace.

  3. 3.Maintain financially solvency in order to fund all aspects for the organization for two years.
